1. Order from online store.

You can start placing orders after register in our online store. There is no confirmation or activation needed when register. Please provide your information as detail as possible for our shipping purpose.

For each order, the minimum charges will be USD$100.

2. Payment.

You can make payment via wire transferring or Paypal, which are the options you can choose when ordering your product online.

If you pay via Paypal, 3.5% transaction fee will be charged. After the order is confirmed, you will be automatically directed to "Paypal Payment" page, and follow the instruction there to make the payment.

If wire transferring having been selected, after an order is placed, you will find our bank account information on the Order Information Page. After you wire the payment, please have the order number on the order receipt, so that we will know your order information with your payment.

3. Shipping.

We will ship the product you order within 4 weeks after the order is confirmed. Please make sure the full payment reach our bank account before shipment.

4. Order status.

After an order is placed, the order status can be found on Order Information Page.

5. Return Policy.

PP3DP accepts product return only if there has been a problem with the order. Claims for missing or damaged printers will be honored up to 1 month from the initial delivery date.

6. Privacy Policy

PP3DP respects the privacy of each user. We collect information about users solely to help us better understand our user community and create better products. PP3DP will not distribute, sell, or rent any information voluntarily provided by users.
